Abrasive pads :

aplix® 220
Woven polyester base with polypropylene mushroom product. Recommended for applications requiring medium strength and multiple uses with aplix® 200.

aplix® 224
Woven polyester base with polypropylene mushroom product. This product has quadrilobal (4-point) gripping elements. Recommended for applications requiring extremely high shear strength.


aplix® 700
Molded Nylon plastic hook. Recommended for applications requiring good performance in terms of cycle life and peel strength.


These products can be applied using an adhesive or mold-in application (APLIX provides required backings for mold-in applications).

Abrasive disks :

aplix® 101 -Y-*
Knit loop, slightly napped. Pressure Sensitive Adhesive. Recommended for lamination on thin abrasive substrates.

aplix® 050
"Lock Loop" type knit. Economical alternative to napped loop. Offers consistent gripping characteristics.

aplix® 200
Knit napped loop. Recommended for polishing applications. High cycle life. Available with Pressure Sensitive Adhesive.
